STUDIONINETOFIVE PAYMENT POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit will be applied towards your total appointment cost, with the exception of consultations, which require a separate fee. Please note, we accept cash only as payment for all services. To ensure a smooth process, kindly have the full amount of cash ready prior to the start of your appointment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations that are not made 48hrs in advance will result in a 50% service charge. Same day and NO CALL/NO SHOW cancellations will result in FULL SERVICE CHARGE. Card on file will be charged! Please use confirmation email to reschedule
(1) reschedule is only valid up to 48hrs before initial appointment.

LATE POLICY

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and the card on file will be charged. Please note, once cancelled, rescheduling is not an option. We appreciate your understanding and encourage timely arrival to ensure you receive your full service.

COLORING SERVICES

All natural hair coloring services require a consultation UNLESS it is a natural hair color. Ex: 1b,2b,3. If you’d like your extensions colored you’re required to pay in full for the desired hair color and at least (1)
week’s notice prior to your appointment.
